3/32in-2.4mm 2 pcs solid wedge collets for 9/20 torches made from solid brass.

These do not have a slit in them and they work with less pressure .

They do require you to have the correct size gas lens for the tungsten size .

They will last a very long time

1/16in-1.6mm tungsten size collets for 9/20 torches 2 pcs .

These are solid brass collets and will last a long time.

These will only work with the correct size gas lens or collet body in 1/16 size

This full ceramic model comes with and spare screen and this model threads on your 45V44 gas lens if you have a 9 or 20 torch ,  Or   if you have a 17,18 or 26 torch you will need the adapter kit , This cup is recommended for DC only and 3/32 tungsten. It will give best results with 30 CFH of argon flow.

A few tips

Keep tungsten clean at all times

Start arc at a low amperage , Establish Arc on tip of tungsten then roll into the desired amperage, If arc wanders clean tungsten or damage to the Screen Diffuser is possible.

Keep screen in the shape it comes with and try not to deform the screen, If screen replacement is needed make sure Screen is sealed against the walls of the cup or undesired results may occur.

Includes replacement Quartz glass and new o’rings.
If you have the latest version of the ally 5 currently you can replace just the glass it will save some coin not having to purchase the whole glass. You will have to moisten the cup and o’rings and carefully slide cup over.

Its lever action captures the tig torch using the gravity and weight of the torch,   ITS EFFORTLESS !!!

DO NOT ADJUST THE SCREWS ITS MENT TO BE SLOPPY .

IF YOU HAVE A SMALLER TORCH IT HAS ADJUSTMENT SCREWS AND SLOTS TO MAKE THE LEVERS START SMALLER

CIPPY  is a High Heat Thermoplastic Replacement for the Glass Version of the Popular BBWSG-19  If you already have a BBWSG-19  with a broken glass this will be a great option .   Install the Plastic just the same as a replacement glass , Use Included Oring for install .

DC only   NO WALKING

Recommended for Light Thin Gauge applications. For Longevity it is best to keep out of extreme Heat for long periods of Time .

This can handle 150 – 200 DC amps using 3/32  but keep plastic off hot metal Parts and it will live for a while .  Being the plastic is pretty far from Arc this will hold under normal use. Operator must keep Plastic off hot parts

Push the ring out of the BBW cup with soft object and insert the new diffuser in the slot where the old one was. If the o’ring is ok then leave it in if not change the o’ring. Moisten the inside of the cup and push the ring/diffuser assembly back in to desired position.

You get the Best of both worlds ,
1 ceramic Fupa#12 and 1 Glass Fupa #12 with orings for the Glass Version and 1 spare Diffuser
The cups will mount on a 45V44 gas lens or a 17 kit Please see the Identify page to determine your torch size

NOTE: the Diffusers in the cups are designed to work only with the Furickcup brand cups. We also recommend you buy a few spare diffusers to have, they are somewhat consumables and will eventually need to be replaced, The diffussers must be installed like you received them installed and must seal tightly around the cup or you will have poor results. They are designed to have a gap between the 2 layers of screens and it is recommended you install them back that way, It may take a few tries to get the screens in properly but have patience , The cupped side goes in first .

Install too for Jazzy 10 1/8 diffusers only .
Install the blank cup on your torch with your tungsten installed in torch
Slide the New Diffuser screen with cupped side of screen toward the inside of Cup
and use Install tool to insert screen into Cup for east centering of screen
