Black Titanium Exhaust Wrap, with LR Technology, is made from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material then woven into a proprietary weave. New Black Floor and Tunnel Shield solves the problem of blocking engine and exhaust heat while wanting a great, flexible, black finish. With a proprietary high temperature black coating, Black Floor and Tunnel Shield controls heat from getting into interiors and protects components from damage. Aggressive adhesive backing makes installation easy.

Boom Mat Moldable(TM) Barrier is a highly flexible .5lb/ft2 sound and moisture barrier designed for those applications where a budget conscious, simple noise control solution is needed. Conforms to the shape of your chassis, or for more intricate areas, can be molded with a heat gun. Even becomes quite flexible by simply warming the BM-MD outside on a sunny day.

Form-A-Barrier solves the problem of needing a light weight, formable shield to protect components from heat. Light weight, formable, rigid shield provides excellent thermal protection up to 1300F with minimal gap of 1 inch to heat source. Can be formed or bent by hand to conform to odd shapes. Mechanically fasten with pins, screws or bolts.

Heat Shroud(TM) solves the problem of heat and abrasions causing failure of lines, hoses and wires without the need to disconnect them. Heat Shroud is made from a high temperature rated glass fiber fabric with an aluminized outer facing. Same as Heat Sheath but with the added convenience of hook & loop closure design along the open edges. Without the need of removing one end of connected wires, cables and hoses, simply wrap Heat Shroud around whatever needs protection and close edges.

Fire Wrap 3000(TM) thermal insulator sleeve is constructed from the same material as DEI Fire Sleeve(TM) but with the convenience of a hook & loop edge closure design. Fire Wrap 3000(TM) provides the same top quality heat insulation and protection yet offers the added convenience of easy installation by simply wrapping around wires, cables or hoses without the need of disconnecting.

Titanium(TM) Protect-A-Sleeve solves the problem of burning, cracking plug wires, lines & hoses from engine & exhaust heat. DEI's Titanium Protect-A-Sleeve with LR Technology(TM) offers the best possible line sleeve protection on the market. Developed specifically for any application where extreme high heat is present, these Titanium sleeves will protect wires, lines and cables when exposed up to 1800F direct heat/2500F radiant.

Designed to slide over wires, cables and hoses, Heat Sheath provides the ultimate protection from extreme heat as well as chemical and oil spills, dirt, grease and road grime. Constructed from a high temperature fabric and bonded to an aluminized material to reflect heat. Heat Sheath is fireproof and withstands direct heat up to 500F.

HT Silicone Coatings solve the problem of exhaust wraps deteriorating because of dirt and debris hitting it. It seals and protects wraps and extends the life of the wrap. The High Temperature (HT) Silicone Coating provides lasting protection for any hot surface up to 1200 degrees. DEI recommend the use of this coating with their exhaust wrap because it seals the material and provides lasting protection from oil, dirt and road grime. Don't limit the use to exhaust header wrap, this products works well on headers, blocks, starters and even on your grill at home.
