Heat Sheath GOLD(TM) solves the problem of heat and abrasions causing failure of lines, hoses & wires. DEI Heat Sheath GOLD is manufactured from our high temperature metalized polyimide lamination, bonded to a robust 20oz. heat treated glass fiber base material, the DEI line of GOLD(TM) sleeving will protect and keep components cool in the most demanding applications.

Form-A-Shield(TM) solves the problem of needing a direct contact, extreme heat barrier. Capable of withstanding direct heat of up to 1400F+, Form-A-Shield(TM) was designed to provide the best possible heat protection in areas where high temperatures are always present and problematic. Form-A-Shield(TM) can be applied to exhaust headers, manifolds, turbo housings, and downpipes dramatically reducing radiant exhaust temperatures. Formed from 10 mil dimpled aluminum bonded to a high temperature rated basalt thermal barrier material, Form-A-Shield(TM) can be applied directly to hot surfaces helping to lower under hood temperatures while keeping more heat in the exhaust system.

Fire Sleeve solves the problem of heat and abrasions damaging fuel, transmission and brake lines and is a fireproof solution. Constructed from a high temperature resistant braided glass material, woven into a sleeve and heavily coated with 100% iron oxide silicone rubber, Fire Sleeve thermal insulator sleeve provides the ultimate in heat insulation and protection from direct heat up to 500F. Includes a 16-inch length of black Fire Tape, an adhesive-free, self-adhering tape, to finish off ends of Fire Sleeve or when joining two Fire Sleeves together while presenting a clean and professional look.

Heat Shroud(TM) solves the problem of heat and abrasions causing failure of lines, hoses and wires without the need to disconnect them. Heat Shroud is made from a high temperature rated glass fiber fabric with an aluminized outer facing. Same as Heat Sheath but with the added convenience of hook & loop closure design along the open edges. Without the need of removing one end of connected wires, cables and hoses, simply wrap Heat Shroud around whatever needs protection and close edges.

Fuel Injector and sensor covers solve the problem of rough idle, stalling and vapor lock due to hot fuel. In hot temps, both performance and factory fuel injectors can be at risk of vapor lock or heat soak causing a rough idle, slow starting or other potential serious engine problems. DEI has the solution by introducing Fuel Injector Reflective Heat Covers available in packs of two, four, six or eight, that reflect direct and radiant heat away from the injectors.
